I feel I can be an effective tutor because, throughout my high school career I have maintained a 3.99 GPA while being a 3-sport athlete (football, basketball, tennis), so I am familiar with maintaining an organized schedule. I am also familiar with the importance of being an effective communicator being the son of two teachers. I have always felt comfortable explaining educational concepts into a variety of terms so others are able to understand better. I have also spent many hours volunteering time to be a volunteer youth coach in my community and remain and active member in my church.
